If the matter can be resolved without filing a complaint in court, the Fee Schedule is as follows: 

    15% on amounts up to $15,000 recovered;
    20% on amounts between $15,001 - $50,000 recovered;
    25% on amounts between $50,001 - $500,000 recovered; and
    28% on amounts $500,001 and greater recovered.

If you decide to proceed with legal action, you will be required to pay the upfront legal costs such as court costs, filing fees, etc., these fees typically range from $400.00 to $1200.00 depending on the debtors jurisdiction.
