PAYMENT SCHEDULE A new beginning....
Expungements are routinely handled on a FLAT FEE BASIS of $795.00 ( All inclusive ), which makes the process cost effective and expeditious. An initial $95.00 non-refundable fee, is required to get the Expungement process started with my firm. The fee is used to gather all the required paperwork from the respective agencies and to begin drafting the required documents for the expungement. Once retained, the initial fee will be credited towards your expungement fee of $795.00. Once Retained: Total Cost For the Expungement is $795.00 Payment Plan: Stage 1 ( Gathering all the required paper work ) = $95.00 (initial non-refundable fee) Stage 2 ( Petition filed ) = $350.00 Stage 3 ( Final Expungement Order ) = $350.00 Total= $795.00 ( Includes ALL Court, Attorney and Filing fees )
